It will start scanning all the mailboxes. Once you select all the mailboxes, click on ‘Next’. Select the mailbox type and add all the mailboxes which you want to join or merge. It saves the data from multiple PST files in new or existing PST, Outlook profile, Exchange Server, or Office 365. This tool allows you to merge inboxes from multiple PST files into a single PST file, with complete integrity. So, for quick and easy merging process, you can use a specialized tool, such as Stellar Merge Mailbox for Outlook. From the drag-down menu of Rule, select the Manage Rules and Alerts option. In the Create New Folder wizard, provide a name to the folder and click OK. Open Outlook and go to its left sidebar. If you’re using Gmail account that is logged in Outlook, you can merge or combine such accounts in Outlook. You can merge or combine two IMAP accounts in Outlook.
