Neither party in any negotiations shall have any control over the selection of the negotiating representatives of the other party. As soon as compiled each year, the “Board” shall provide the “Association” with a complete tentative budget for the next fiscal year as well as preliminary budgetary proposals, requirements and allocations.Ĭ. The Board shall make available to the Association for inspection specific records and data of the Township of Franklin School District as requested by the Association. Any Agreement so ratified shall apply to all teachers, be reduced to writing, be signed by the Board and the Association, and be adopted by the Board and the Association.ī.ĝuring negotiation, the Board and the Association shall present relevant data, exchange points of view and make proposals and counter-proposals.
The negotiating team of the Board and Association have authority to reach a tentative agreement subject to full ratification by each respective party. Negotiations shall not begin prior to January 1 of the calendar year in which this Agreement expires. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor agreement in accordance with (Chapter 123 Public Laws 1974) in a good-faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of teachers' employment.
